From 6-7 Days my number automatically subscribed to airtel news and daily airtel deducted 1 rupee and i came to know this and searched for online for solution to unsubscribe (Note: i don't like talking to customer care). I came to know that there are many airtel customers who also facing the same problems .I don't know why they are activating services like hello tunes,cricket updates etc... with out customer notice. (You can search consumercomplaints online forums for this)
Solution : Airtel subscribers now can activate or deactivate any services on you mobile just by dialing *121# or they can send email to customer care team at " airtelpresence@airtel.in "
